We would like to introduce our company's achievements in the "concentrator repair work." A concentrator from another company had aged and required repairs, so we conducted an investigation of the actual equipment and designed a replaceable solution. The existing machine showed significant wear on the outer circumference of the blades, and repairs for repeated steam leaks had been carried out. Raw materials are supplied into the concentrator, and concentration is performed while transporting by rotating the disk blades. The condenser in the exhaust line condenses and recovers evaporated moisture, allowing for a reduction in the size of the exhaust fan.
